I love birds, and anyone who knows my work at all, knows they’ve been roosting there from the very beginning. Birds inspire me every day; not just in matters of art but in matters of life. They go about their (considerable) business as though they knew they belonged. They begin their song each day in darkness, gently spreading a tapestry of faith across the land.
